How can I exchange the product?
Due to any reasons, if you wish to exchange your product, you can do so by placing a request to us. Once approved, our shipping partner will pick up the items and we will issue a gift card for the value of your purchase and you can place another order for the items you want.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within the next 24 hours of ordering the product and your refund will be processed in 7 working days.
How can I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, you can write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. The email should contain your order number, and a screenshot of the payment details. We will then respond to you within 1 working day.
Will I get a full refund after canceling my order?
If you have requested a refund within 24 hours, the total amount will be refunded to your bank account within 7 working days. In case, you request a cancellation after order processing you will receive the amount excluding bank charges within 14 working days.
Lastly, if you request for cancellation after the order is dispatched for shipment, then you will receive the amount excluding shipping, bank and VAT charges. This will be processed within 14 working days.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your order has been canceled after your request of refund, you will receive the amount within 7 to 15 business days depending on the stage at which you cancelled the order and requested a refund.
Do you offer a collection returns service?
Yes, we do and our returns are free. Write to us at email@example.com and once we accept your return. Our fulfillment partner will collect your order items from your doorstep.
My order has arrived and it is faulty/damaged. What should I do?
On a rare occasion, if the product delivered isn’t in perfect condition, kindly contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include images of the damages on the product.
