How do I register?

How do I place an order?

You can continue to scroll through, or you could search for a specific brand or product directly into the search bar. 3. You can start purchasing by adding items to your cart. 4. Once your cart is ready, you can proceed to the checkout area, where you will be able to see the total cost of your products and shipping charges excluding VAT.
What are the accepted payment methods?
Local debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX are accepted.
How are orders going to be delivered to me?

Can I track my order?

Can I change the order once payment has been processed?
Yes. In case you change your mind, ensure to request for a cancellation and refund at (customercare@thebubblewrap.com) within 24 hours of placing your order. Next, we will issue a gift card with the amount you spent, and you can use it to place the order of items you require.
Can I reserve an item and buy it later?
We believe in providing our customers a fair opportunity to shop our most in-demand styles. You can only add items to your wishlist, but you can’t reserve an item.
